Abhigyaan exists to make meaningful learning more open, practical and connected to life — giving every child the opportunity to discover, practise, create and contribute.
Reading and accessible knowledge open the mind, encourage curiosity and create the foundation for lifelong learning.
Practical, vocational and extracurricular experiences build independence, creativity, teamwork, empathy and confidence.
A capable, curious and responsible child can grow into an adult who contributes meaningfully to family, community and society.
Two initiatives are already taking shape in Mysore, each exploring a different dimension of learning. More initiatives are in development.
A curated community library where reading is free in-house and books, conversations, events and shared spaces bring people together.
Skills beyond the classroom: a hands-on learning programme for Grades 3–10 built around growing, making, repairing, sewing and cooking.
Abhigyaan will continue to build purposeful initiatives around learning, practical capability, access and community.
We start with a human question: what should a learner be able to understand, experience or do after spending time with us?
